24 September – Piling begins on site

Following the clearance of the site, the piling rig arrives

With the site now clear of obstruction work can begin to insert a large number of piles into the earth to stabilise the ground and support the main building.

20 September – Site clearance

Removal of existing car park surface to make way for Energy House 2

With the site compound now in place, the existing coverings are removed and services rerouted around the site.
