22 October – Ring beams and piling nearing completion

The groundworks of the building begin to take shape as the ring beam is laid and pile caps added to the central core area.

15 October – Work on lift shaft commences

Lift shaft well is sunk and reinforcement added, also new hoardings arrive on site

The main service part of the building will be served by a passenger lift to provide access to all floors. Lift well is is now sunk and work begins on the lift’s superstructure.
